NonPartisan Ways to Support Democracy

I love it when data tells a story.
 
Over the last six months, I’ve been working alongside the the Civic Alliance to create a playbook that will help business leaders create a culture of non-partisan civic engagement.
 
It was thrilling to talk with civic experts from across the country, interview global brands and dig deep into the numbers.  And I'm really proud of the end result. 

A few of my favorite stats... Companies with cultures of high civic engagement:

• Outperformed the market

• Had higher Gross Margins and Gross Revenue

• Commanded a higher Price/Book Value

This work helps businesses align vision, values and missions. It brings DEI work to life.  It resonates with teams across demographic and political lines.  It drives organizational value.
