The Future of Work

Based on research completed in the thick of COVID-19 shutdowns, this workshop opens with a quick review of what employees reported looking for in future work (hint: ethics, meaningful work that makes the world a better place and effective diversity & inclusion programs.) Next, participants will walk through a process to prepare for the future of work and begin crowdsourcing tools, tips and ideas that have worked for others. Post-event, all participants will receive a follow up email with the full list of resources and ideas identified.
