This small group coaching program is designed to help Chief Data Officers understand the concepts of Environmental, Social and Governance so that they are able to lead conversations around Social Impact and Data Strategy moving into 2022.

This program is designed for you, if you:

• Outcome: Know which Reporting Framework makes sense for your organization

Meeting 2:

• Building a Maturity Matrix

• Identifying Key Focus Areas

• Outcome: Identify 5-6 key ESG metrics for 2022

Meeting 3

• Data Audits: What You Have/ What You Need

• Outcome: Create a Data Map for potential ESG requests

Meeting 4:

• Generating Leadership Alignment

• What if the Data is Bad?

• Outcome: Establish Your Support Network

Meeting 5:

• Using Data to Tell Your ESG Story

• Outcome: A reporting template for key data to kick off 2022

Meeting 6

• The Importance of Culture, Competencies and Behaviors

• Outcome: Creation of your own 2022 Action plan.
  

HOW WE WILL DO IT:

• Six training sessions, facilitated by Dora Lutz

• Each session will be 60 minutes via Zoom

• You will receive access to the recordings so you can reference back at any point

• You will have one 1:1 call with Dora in January 2022 to discuss your own organizational needs
